The sign before the break could also be ḪI, but I am skeptical of the reading MA-ḪI-[IṢ] proposed by Groddek D. 2015a: 53–54 because we do not expect an Akkadian stative or Hittite participle in the omen apodosis. No better reading suggests itself.
